PeachyBeanz.com runs 24/7, but our corporate office is open Monday thru Friday 9a–6p EST. We are also closed on all federal holidays

What type of payments do you accept?

What is the total delivery time?
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Please allow 2 - 4 weeks for your products to arrive from the date of purchase.
Should I receive an email and tracking number after placing an order?
Yes, you will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders. Please be sure that you are committed in receiving the item(s) that you purchase. Once you submit your payment, the order is immediately sent for processing and cannot be reversed.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns. Store credit provided only, no exceptions. Please read our return policy for detailed information.
Do I have to do anything to get the free 2 oz. body cream?
No, as long as you have a subtotal of $100 or more, the 2 oz. body cream will be automatically included with your order.
Can I select the fragrance for the free 2 oz. body cream?
Due to our high demand and to ensure availability, we will automatically supply either a scented or unscented option, depending on what is in stock.
