Refund/Return Policy

Thanks for shopping with PeachyBeanz! We want you to love your items just as much as we loved creating them for you.

However at this time, PeachyBeanz does not accept returns.

Buyer Protection

Defective or damaged items are returnable items. If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturer defect, you may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition it was received—unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase along with a clear photo showing the defective issue.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please email us within 15 days of item's arrival at sales@peachybeanz.com. Include your order receipt or proof of purchase and clear photos of the defect or damage. Return requests are reviewed within 3 - 5 business days. Once approved, we will send you the return address and next steps.

If your return is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. If multiple items are affected, we may request an additional photo or video showing all items clearly visible in one frame for confirmation. Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If something isn’t right and your item is damaged or defective, contact us right away so we can review the issue and make it right for you.

Return Shipping Responsibility Clause

PeachyBeanz is not responsible for returned items that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Returns that cannot be verified may not be eligible for a refund.
